Event: Dawn Chorus Walk

Service Description

To be ‘up with the lark’ describes the Dawn Chorus perfectly. Join Shelagh at Dawn, to experience the symphony of song by bird’s both native and recently arrived as we dander along country roads and old lanes. Shelagh (or your guide) will point out the different bird song and alarm calls and how to identify them. The walk should take approx 2 hours followed by a breakfast bap at the Turnip house craft shop and cafe. The walk will be on side roads for half of the way but there is some rough undulating paths and terrain once we venture off the road. So please wear sturdy walking boots and outdoor walking gear being prepared for all weather.
